Putting together version 5 of the CDR for GlueX
Curtis' Rules for the CDR:
Rule 1: Start with the most recent version that you can download from
the GlueX cite at CMU. You can access this as:
http://www.phys.cmu.edu/halld/cdr_v5/index.html
Each chapter has its own tarball and zipped file that is
complete, including figures. You can also download a
single file that has everything in it.
Rule 2: All files that you submit that belog to a partiular chapter MUST
have a name that starts with "chxx_". E.g. for chapter 3, it
would be ch3_xxxxx.tex , and for chapter 12, it would be
ch12_xxx.tex. This rule not only includes "tex" files, but also
"eps" files, etc....
Rule 3: If you add or delete section files, make the include modifications in
the file chxx_main.tex . These "main" files are used to control
steering for the entire document.
Rule 4: If you add references to a particular section, you ABSOLUTELY
MUST email these to Curtis separately so that they can be
incorporated into the master reference file.
Rule 5: If you add symbol definitions, you MUST email these to Curtis
so that they can be incorporated into the master file.
